For any cancellation, exchange and return, please contact the official email info@chicpet.com first. Returns or exchanges without prior application are not accepted.

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
● Returns must include all accessories
● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For quality related warranty claims, Chicpet refunds the cost of the product itself
● Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements

 

Cancellation

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.

And We'll respond to your request within 24 hours.

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account.

 

Exchange

You can exchange or replace an item through Your Orders within 30 days of the original date of purchase. And we will ship out the exchanged products as soon as we receive the returns.

Item (s) for exchange or replacement must be in original condition and in original packaging. Any items returned to us that are not resalable will not be available for exchange or replacement.

We will process a replacement for a damaged item after we investigate the cause of the damage. If it is found that the damage is not due to our negligence, we will not process a replacement or full refund.

If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.

Returns are as easy as 1-2-3:

STEP 1: Locate Order Number

If you do not have your number on hand, send us an email at info@chicpet.com

STEP 2: Prepare Return Package

Write the reason for the return on the packaging slip and ship your product to us with the order number written prominently and clearly on the package. Use clear packing tape to attach the shipping info to the package. Send the package with a carrier service that issues you a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost without tracking.

STEP 3: Receive Refund

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. Usually, the refund will get back to your account within 3 business days.

 

Conditions

Your return or refund is subject to the following:

   1. Shipping charges are non-refundable;

       Orders offered wrong address by customer are non-refundable.

  1. Defective products are allowed for return for replacement within 30 days of the original date of purchase (with pics or videos attached for item salable confirmation).
  2. All returns must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  3. All returns must be re-sellable (with pics or videos attached), which is in original condition and in original packaging. Any items returned to us in used condition without packaging will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned toys that have been in your dog's mouth for sanitary reasons.
  4. For these circumstances, customers shall cover the shipping fees themselves, including but not limited to these circumstances:
    • Place an order by mistake
    • Change mind after unpacking the package while item(s) remain undamaged and intact.
    • Other returns are caused by customers themselves except for any quality issues regarding products.

  1. Special order items are not returnable.
  2. All replacement items will be shipped after Chicpet brand has received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you for the replacement item when it ships.
  3. Chicpet will not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s).
  4. Chicpet will not be held responsible for customers applying wrong address.
  5. If a package arrives damaged, contact us so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier and a replacement can be ordered. We do not require a signature on shipments.
